Row views are masks that display table entries in line form. The row view offers the possibility to group data according to one or more dimensions unlike the input mask and analysis view.

To create a new row view open the BI Center. The basis of every row view is the data object "CoPlanner table"

Design

In this example the data source CoPlanner table „Umsatzerloese_Plan“ is used to create the row view and it will be grouped by the period.

Entry  Click with the right mouse button on the “My objects” directory and choose the “Line view” command from the “New” context menu.

Give the dialog “Line view” the name “My line view” and confirm with OK.

Entry  From the “Data objects” tree, select the CoPlanner table “Sales proceeds_Plan“.

Entry  In the “Data objects” tree, click the filter icon to hide the elements “payment key” and “VAT rates” from the filter bar.

If you click into the free area underneath the measure in the “Data objects” tree, you obtain the general properties for this line view. Under the property “AggregateDimension”, select “Time” from the list. Click the “Save” button and “Update”.
