Framework:BI Center:Data Assistant Designer
The "Data Transfer Assistant" can be assigned to each input masks.
The "Data Assistant Designer" supports you to configure the "Data Transfer Assistant". You open the "Data Assistant Designer" with the input mask property "WizardTransferObjectDefinition".
The following example shows how to transfer actual data to the plan. Therefore a CoPlanner cube has been created with the data sources „Umsatzerloese_Plan“ and „Umsatzerloese_Ist“. This CoPlanner cube is the data source of the input mask "Mask Meine Umsatzerloese".
| Input Open the "Data Assistant Designer" and choose the options "Data transfer" and "Data distribution" in the group "General Settings".
Create a new "Data transfer version" and enter the name "Transfer actual data from previous year". Tutorial: Dynamic Captions |
| Input Choose "Transfer_Umsatzerloese_Ist_Plan" from the shortlist "Import". Select the checkboxes "Available in context menu" and "Data change available". Close the dialogue with "OK". |
In normal view the button "Assistant" will be shown in the ribbon. The button is enabled, if a writeable cell is selected.
