Formula assistent
The formula wizard can be shown or hidden by pressing the button in the Ribbon. The Formula Assistant serves to create Excel functions that are made available by the CoPlanner Excel Client.
Function
Here you can choose functions which are provided by the CoPlanner Excel Client. For a detailed description of the available functions, see Functions (Formulas)|Excel client functions (formulas).
Under the selected function, you will find a short description of that function.
Parameter
Among parameters you can configure the respective parameters needed by the function.
Options for parameters

 Fixed value
|
Right in the forumula designer parameter can refer to a value. |
 Filter from filter bar
|
The value of the parameter is set in response to a filter. |
 Cell reference/ manual input
|
The parameter is set to the value of a specific cell or can be entered manually. With a manual input, enter the value into the input field with a cell reference, click the button on the left side of the input field and choose the desired cell in your work sheet.

Formula
In the lower part of the formula designer you can see the formula which was created with your choosen settings above.
