Framework:BI Center:Data Assistant Designer
The "Data Transfer Assistant" can be assigned to each input masks.
The "Data Assistant Designer" supports you to configure the "Data Transfer Assistant". You open the "Data Assistant Designer" with the input mask property "WizardTransferObjectDefinition".
The following example shows how to transfer actual data to the plan. Therefore a CoPlanner cube has been created with the data sources „Umsatzerloese_Plan“ and „Umsatzerloese_Ist“. This CoPlanner cube is the data source of the input mask "Mask Meine Umsatzerloese".
| Input Open the "Data Assistant Designer" and choose the options "Data transfer" and "Data distribution" in the group "General Settings".
Create a new "Data transfer version" and enter the name "Transfer actual data from previous year". |
| Eingabe Wählen Sie bei Import das Transferobjekt „Transfer_Umsatzerloese_Ist_Plan“ aus. Aktivieren Sie die Kontrollkästchen „Datenänderungen verfügbar“ und „in Kontextmenü anzeigen“.
Bestätigen Sie den Dialog mit „OK“. |
In der Normalansicht wird im Ribbon die Schaltfläche „Assistent“ angezeigt. Die Schaltfläche wird immer aktiv, wenn in der Maske ein beschreibbares Feld ausgewählt ist.
