CoPlanner enables you to individually assign permissions to each user. The total set of permissions of a user results from the role membership and the individual rights.
By activating a user in the user administration tree the settings of the user are displayed on the right-hand side of the dialog. The settings of the user are divided in two directories:
- General
General user settings and role selection
- Authorizations
Editing authorizations for menus, objects, scenarios and dimensions
Tab general
User settings
In this tab you define all user settings and default settings.

- CoPlanner Security

Folgender Dialog wird angezeigt:

In der linken Liste werden alle noch zur Verfügung stehenden Rollen angezeigt. Die rechte Liste zeigt die Mitgliedschaft in Rollen an. Mittels Doppelklick in die Zeile oder Drag & Drop mit dem Symbol können Sie eine Rolle von einer Liste in die andere verschieben. Mit der „Strg“-Taste können Sie mehrere Einträge markieren und verschieben. Zusätzlich stehen Ihnen für die Bearbeitung der rechten Liste „Ausgewählte Rollen“ folgende Schaltflächen zur Verfügung:
