By clicking on the “Excel Export” button , you can export input masks, analysis views or row views to an Excel file. You can export data to an XLS file (“normal” Excel file) or a CSV file (comma-separated values).

Excelexport

Click the button and enter a file name and a location to which the file will be saved. If the columns to be exported contain lookup fields, you can export these together with their description or ID. You can also export Filter and their operators (into separate columns at the end of the file). To open the file automatically after export, check the option to “Open file after export”. Click “Export” to create your export file.

Hint  You can change the layer for the export mode in the file coplanner.exe.config.

Choose the option "Excel Client" - "Connect automatically" to cennect the exported mask with the CoPlanner Excel Client.

Hint  The button for excel export is only active if you have installed excel on your computer.
