Excel Client:Requirements
CoPlanner Excel Client is an interface in Microsoft Excel that allows you to analyze CoPlanner data and create reports.
CoPlanner Excel Client supports versions of Microsoft Excel from MS Excel XP onwards. Excel 2000 and older versions are not supported.
To use CoPlanner Excel Client, the following software requirements must be met:
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8
- Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 Update for Automation Add-Ins
- Microsoft Excel 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019
- Microsoft Excel 365 version 15 and 16.
The CoPlanner Excel Client Setup includes Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 and Microsoft .Net Framework Update for Automation Add-Ins. This means that, if these components have not previously been installed on your computer, they will be automatically preinstalled before CoPlanner Excel Client is installed.
On some computers, starting the Setup routine with setup.exe may result in the appearance of an error message reporting that some components cannot be downloaded. This may occur if the computer on which you are trying to install the Excel Client is not connected to the Internet. If this is the case, please go to the folder KB908002 and start all three installations manually. After you have successfully installed the partial components, please run CopAddinSetup.msi to set up the Excel Client proper.
