The symbols at the top right of the Workflow Panel have the following meanings:

Dockable element	The Workflow Panel always remain in the foreground.
Automatically move to background	The Workflow Panel automatically moves to the background.

You now have a number options for displaying the Navigation Structure. The symbol in the Workflow Panel will have the following appearance: (Dockable element). To move a Workflow Panel into the background automatically, select the structure you want and click the “Automatically move to background” symbol (). To restore the display of the Workflow Panel in this view mode, click on the Workflow Panel symbol at the right edge of the screen. As soon as you move to a different area, the Workflow Panel will move to the background. To undo the command, click on the “Dockable element” symbol (). You can also remove the Workflow Panel from its dock and treat it as an independent field. To do so, click on the title bar of the desired element (hold down the left mouse button) and drag it to the desired spot. The result can look as follows:

In obiger Abbildung wurde durch Klicken und Ziehen die Workflow Übersicht aus ihrer Verankerung gehoben und an die bevorzugte Stellung platziert. Durch Klicken und Ziehen der Workflow Übersicht auf einen der Andockpunkte können Sie die Workflow Übersicht wieder andocken.

Symbolleiste der Workflow Übersicht

Die Schaltflächen der Workflow Symbolleiste haben folgende Bedeutung.

	Aktualisieren Aktualisiert die einzelnen Aufgaben
	Status Den Status einer Aufgabe ändern
	Sortieren Ändern der Anzeige der Aufgaben

Aufgaben Status

Der Status einer Aufgabe wird im Kontextmenü ausgewiesen und ist am Bild erkennbar.

	Offen bzw. verfügbar
	Durch Vorgänger gesperrt
	Startzeitpunkt noch nicht erreicht
	Vom Planer freigegeben
	In Bearbeitung
	Die Bearbeitungszeit ist abgelaufen
	Vom Prüfer freigegeben
	Vom Prüfer wieder zur Bearbeitung geöffnet
	Wird geprüft

Aufgabe bearbeiten

Durch einen Klick auf die Aufgabe wird die entsprechende Aktion gestartet (Maske geöffnet, Makro ausgeführt, usw.). In diesem Beispiel wurde die Aufgabe „Umsätze planen“ geöffnet. Durch das erstmalige öffnen einer Aufgabe ändert sich der Status von „verfügbar“ in „in Bearbeitung“ . Zum Ändern eines Status wählen Sie aus dem Kontextmenü den entsprechenden Menübefehl.

Automatisch wird der Dialog „Aufgabe bestätigen“ angezeigt. Sie können in diesem Dialog zu dieser Aufgabe einen Kommentar schreiben.

Die freigegebene Aufgabe wird in den Bereich „Erledigte Aufgabe“ verschoben und bekommt das Symbol „wird geprüft“.

Ist, wie in diesem Beispiel, bei einer Aufgabe eine Prüfung dieser definiert, so werden abhängige Aufgaben erst aktiv, wenn auch die Prüfung erfolgte und der Prüfer die Aufgabe freigegeben hat.
