The Workflow Panel contains all tasks of the users on the left side of the CoPlanner work area.

The symbols at the top right of the Workflow Panel have the following meanings:

Dockable element The Workflow Panel always remain in the foreground.
Automatically move to background The Workflow Panel automatically moves to the background.

You now have a number options for displaying the Workflow Panel.
The symbol in the Workflow Panel will have the following appearance: (Dockable element).
To move a Workflow Panel into the background automatically, select the structure you want and click the “Automatically move to background” symbol (). To restore the display of the Workflow Panel in this view mode, click on the Workflow Panel symbol at the right edge of the screen. As soon as you move to a different area, the Workflow Panel will move to the background.
To undo the command, click on the “Dockable element” symbol ().
You can also remove the Workflow Panel from its dock and treat it as an independent field. To do so, click on the title bar of the desired element (hold down the left mouse button) and drag it to the desired spot. The result can look as follows:

In the above image, the Workflow Panel was undocked and placed in the desired position by dragging and dropping. You can re-dock the floating Workflow Panel by dragging and dropping it onto one of the docking points.

Workflow Panel command bar

The buttons of the Workflow Panel have the following meanings:

Refresh
State
Change state of a task
Sort
Change the display

Task state

The state of a task is showen in context menue and in the symbol.


Open and available
Locked through predecessor
Start date not reached
Completed by user
In progress
Processing time lapsed
Completed by reviewer
Reopend by reviewer
In review

Edit task

You start a task with a click on it. In this example the task "Revenue planning" was opened. Because of opening a task once, the state changes from "available" in "in progress" . To change the state of a task select the corresponding command from the context menue.

The dialog box "Confirm task" is showen automatically. You can write a comment to this task.

The completed task moves in the area "Finished tasks" and gets the symbol "in review".
