Excel Client:Options dialogue

In this dialogue you can edit the options that are available in the CoPlanner Excel Client. You can access this dialogue via the Main Menu / Administration / Options.

Options:

Error creating thumbnail: File missing

1. Automatic updating of the data after the change of a filter: When this option is checked, the current workbook is recalculated (F9) after you change a filter or after you open or close a dimension.
2. Optimise CellRead formulas, join measures: Optimise: When this option is checked, fields (measures) are joined during server queries. Depending on the structure of the report, this can have negative or positive consequences. In the case of benchmark reports and large report workbooks with redundant queries, activating this option is not recommended. This will prevent measures from being joined during server queries, which results in smaller query packets.
3. Deactivate screen update while calculating: When this option is checked, the intermediate stage is not displayed when loading data (NaN as the result of CellRead formulas).

Error creating thumbnail: File missing

1. Data inputting to database: When this option is checked, it is possible to write values from Microsoft Excel into the CoPlanner server based on a CellRead formula.
2. Data input in dynamic mode: When this option is checked, it is possible to input data in dynamic mode.

Hinweis  The function "Data inputting to database" can only be activated by the PowerUser.
