In the edit mode of CoPlanner Reporting you can see on the right side of the designer the general properties of the reporting. Select one dimension and you will see his properties.

Description Property
Appearance
Padding Space between element and border of the element
Conditional style Opens dialog to create and edit of conditional formatting.
Background Color Define background-color of the dimension in view.
Background color intensity Define intensity of background-color
Borders Defines on which sides borders should be displayed
Border Witdh Defines size of border
BorderColor Defines color of border
Border color from style sheet Defines if border color should be taken from style sheet or not
Border dash Style Defines style of border( Solid, Dash, Dot,...)
Font Defines Font, Profile and Degree,...
Foreground color Defines font-color
Text alignment Defines alignment of text(Top left, Top justify, Top right,...)
Foreground color from style sheet Defines if foreground color should be taken from style sheet or not
Data
Lines Includes dimension name. This name can be extended and changed.
Text Visualizes text which was entered in 'Lines'
Design
Name Intern defined name
Dimension
Orientation Defines if dimension is stretched horizontal or vertical
Alternative representation Using this option an attribute can be selected which should be shown.
Dimension name Shows name of dimension
Shifting per level Defines if shifting should be done for the different levels
Filter Setting which elements of selected dimension should be filtered.
OpenElementTyp Dimension will be shown initially with selected element.
Element Action
ALL All elements are displayed.
ROOT Just root-elements are shown.
ROOT1 Root elements and first level are shown.
ROOT2 Root elements and first two levels are shown.
ROOT3 Root elements and first three levels are shown.
CHILDELEMENT Root and child elements are shown.
LIST All elements of dimension are shown.
LEAF All elements of lowest level(LEAF-Elements) are shown in a list.
PARENTELEMENT Just parent elements are shown.
ROOTELEMENT Just highest node is shown.
suppressed elements Selection of elements from this dimension which are not shown.

Size Size of table
Position Defines position of dimension on x-axis
Navigation
Detail report A report can be defined here which will be opened by a click on the element.
Navigationslink Here you can define a CopNavLink via click on the information.
Navigations-URL URL which is called by a click on the dimension
Behavior
Auto Width Defines automatically the optimal column width
Conditional visibility Here you can define a conditional visibility
Multiline If this setting is set to non all word-wraps which are entered in a text field are ignored
Visible Defines visibility of dimension on x-axis.
Anchor vertically Positions chart in a container.

Angle Defines angle of dimension on x-axis
Word Wrap Defines if a word wrap is used if text is too long

Description Property
Insert Possibility to insert lines, columns and cells.
Delete Possibility to delete lines, columns and cells.
separate cell separates cell
replace element Replaces content of table with another object
Conditional formatting Opens dialog to create and edit conditional formatting
Action Creates a CoPlanner Link to jump to other elements via click.
Bring To Front Move picture to foreground
Send To Back Move picture to background
Cut Cut element
Copy Copy element
Insert Inserts an element from the clip board
Delete Delete element
Insert Band Used to insert header and/or footer
  • TopMargin: Inserts space at the beginning of the report
  • ReportHeader: Inserts a ReportHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for the entire report
  • PageHeader: Inserts a PageHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for this single page
  • GroupHeader: Inserts a GroupHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for the group
  • Detail:
  • GroupFooter: Inserts a GroupFooter at the end of the report which is valid for the group
  • ReportFooter: Inserts a ReportFooter at the end of the report which is valid for the entire report
