Ribbon

The Ribbon in the upper range includes individual menu items to use the CoPlanner Excel client. The ribbon is divided into the following groups:

• Server
• Data
• Options
• Layout
• Help

Excel Client, Ribbon

These groups are assigned to individual menu items that are needed to work with the Excel client.

Menu items at the CoPlanner Ribbon

Below is a list of all the available menu items:

Button	Menu item	Beschreibung
Server
/	Login / Logout	Like the Windows client the Excel client must be connected to the CoPlanner server. If the Login Dialogue does not appear automatically, select the menu item Login. After you have successfully logged in, the menu item Login will change to the menu item Logout When this option is selected, the connection will be separated from the CoPlanner server.
	Options	Via Options you get access to the Configuration options for the CoPlanner Excel Addin. In this dialogue you can define/change settings for logon/logout, data updating, capture, representation and use of a CoPlanner templates for Excel Addin.
	Connection	Here you can define/change your connection settings for the CoPlanner Server
/	User- / PowerUser-Mode	In the user mode you will have access to your own and shared reports in the Analyzer. in the power user mode you have additional access to the data sources.
Data
	Refresh	Here you can recalculate the data of the workbook. The button is only visible if "Automatically Calculate" under options is disabled.
	Analyzer	The Analyzer represents the wizard which is used to define/composition of the desired data. Here you have the possibility of createing a report.
	Filter	Use this button to open the dialogue for the filter administration. Here you can define, change settings or delete filter for the current reporting solution.
Options
	Formelassistent	Der CoPlanner Formelassistent unterstützt den Benutzer bei der Erstellung einer vom Excel-Client bereitgestellten Excel-Client Funktionen.
	Formeln entfernen	Durch diese Funktion können entweder alle CoPlanner spezifischen Formeln oder alle Excel Formeln aus der aktuellen Arbeitsmappe entfernt werden. Wählen Sie die Option „nur CoPlanner Formeln“, wenn nur diese bzw. Formeln, welche CoPlanner Funktionen beinhalten entfernt werden sollen. Wählen Sie die Option „alle Excel Formeln“, wenn alle Excel Formeln aus dem Arbeitsblatt entfernt werden sollen.
	Seriendruck	Durch die Auswahl des Menüpunktes Seriendruck, wird der Assistent für die Seriendruckerstellung gestartet.
Layout
	Autosize	Hiermit werden alle Spaltenbreiten entsprechend der aktuellen Inhalt optimal angepasst. Die Schaltfläche ist nur sichtbar, wenn "Spaltenbreite automatisch anpassen" unter Optionen deaktiviert ist.
	Formatvorlagen	Hier können verschiedene Formatvorlagen auf den Bericht angewendet werden. Formatvorlagen können nur auf Berichte mit Analysedaten angewendet werden.
Hilfe
	Portal	Hier gelangen Sie zum CoPlanner-Portal, wo Sie Informationen und Hilfestellungen zu den CoPlanner-Produkten finden.
	Info	Der CoPlanner Excel Client Info Dialog beinhaltet Informationen zum Produkt. Des Weiteren können aus diesem die aktuellen Verbindungseinstellungen zum CoPlanner Server abgelesen werden.
