To create a new data record, click on the symbol “Create new record”. A new data record appear in the Work Area ready for editing:

Sind in einer Einzelsatzmaske [[Filterbereich|Filter]] vorhanden, werden diese dabei automatisch in den zu editierenden Datensatz übernommen.
 
Bei Dimensionslookup- oder Planungsparameterfeldern können Sie das gewünschte Element einfach auswählen, und somit aus den Filtern übernommene Einstellungen ändern. Markieren Sie dazu das entsprechende Feld im neuen Datensatz der Zeilenmaske und die Dimensionsspalte erscheint als „Lookup“ [[Image:Icon_LookUp.jpg]]. Wenn Sie auf dieses mit der linken Maustaste klicken, erscheint die Dimensionsauswahl bzw. bei Planungsparameterfeldern die Planungsparameterauswahl.

Nach Ihrer Auswahl und Werteingaben in den jeweiligen Feldern speichern Sie bitte den Datensatz ab, nicht editierte sind mit Standardwerten gefüllt (Bei Wertfeldern ist der Standardwert „0“, bei Dimensionslookupspalten ist der Standardwert „keine Zuordnung“).

In the single row view, the enries in a table are shwon in single rows. You can activate this mask type via the row view properties.
