Function
ElemLastSibling(Dimension, Element)
This function returns the last element of the level on which the element is located. If the Element is not present in the dimension, an empty string (“”) is returned.

Example
ElemLastSibling(„Zeit“; „SEP 2005“)
returns „DEZ 2005“
