Login Dialog
To establish a connection to the server you have to login on the server. The login is performed using the login dialog.
| Field | Description |
| SSPI | If you want to connect with your windows user activate this option otherwise you can login with a different user. |
| Username | Enter your username here |
| Password | Enter your password here |
| Company | Select your company |
| Scenario | Select your scenario |
| Language | Select your language |
After you have entered all required settings establish a connection to the server by using 'Login'. If the connection to the CoPlanner server was established successfully all menu items are available and the Login button will change to Disconnect.
Possible sources of error at login
Connection to server could not be established
Is the login dialog not shown after selecting Login but the message "Connection to server could not be established" appears you can check these points:
- CoPlanner Server is not started.
- Connection settings are not correct.
- CoPlanner Server is not started.
The connection settings can be specified in connection
After clicking on Login no action is performed
Native mode is not activated.
Option in which mode the client communicates with the server can be edited in connection. Set the mode to Native.
