Using this ribbon a line can be inserted in the report easily. A click on the icon activates the functionality. Afterwards the line must be stretched in the report on the desired position.


Properties

These options are available for formatting and adjustment:

Padding Space between text field and border of text element
Background-color Defines the background-color
Line Width Defines Line Width
Line Direction Defines direction of line

Line Style Defines Line Style

Border Defines on which sides borders should be set
Border-size Defines the size of the border
Border-color Defines the color of the border
Border-color from style sheet Defines if border-color from style sheet should be used. This options just has impact if the text field is placed in a table
Border Dash Style Defines the border-style (z.B. line, dotted line,…)
Foreground Color Defines font
Font color from style sheet Defines if font-color from style sheet should be used. This options just has impact if the text field is placed in a table

Name Intern defined name
Layout
Size Size of container
Position Defines position of upper left corner
Navigation
Navigationslink Here you can define a CopNavLink via click at the information
Behavior
Conditional Visibility Here you can define a related Visibility
Visible Defines if the container is visible or not
Anchor vertically Position the information in a container.

Bring To Front Move text field to foreground
Send To Back Move container to background
Cut Cut text field
Copy Copy container
Insert Insert container from the clipboard
Delete Delete container
Insert Band Used to insert header and/or footer
  • TopMargin: Inserts space at the beginning of the report
  • ReportHeader: Inserts a ReportHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for the entire report
  • PageHeader: Inserts a PageHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for this single page
  • GroupHeader: Inserts a GroupHeader at the beginning of the report which is valid for the group
  • Detail:
  • GroupFooter: Inserts a GroupFooter at the end of the report which is valid for the group
  • ReportFooter: Inserts a ReportFooter at the end of the report which is valid for the entire report
