Framework:User Administration Overview
By activating the first element in the user administration tree, an overview appears on the right-hand side of the tab. This overview serves to analyze the data. To display the selected settings you can pivot by different criteria and in different views.
The following criteria can be selected:
- Roles and users
- Dimensions
- Navigation structure
- BI-Center tree
- Scenarios
- User
The following example illustrates the selected criteria “scenarios” pivoted by scenarios.
The first level displays the scenarios followed by all users and roles that have direct access rights to these scenarios. This means the roles “distribution” and “administration” have the right to read and write the scenario “Forecast 2010”. The users “Hans Meier”, “Pierre Dupont“ and “Tim Zimmermann” are assigned to the role distribution and have access rights to this scenario.
Change the setting “pivot by” to “roles and users”.
In der ersten Ebene werden die Benutzer und Rollen dargestellt und darunter die direkt zugeordneten Szenarios mit den entsprechenden Berechtigungen. Dem Benutzer „Administrator“ wurde in diesem Beispiel das Leserecht auf das Szenario „Budget 2010“ und das Lese- und Schreibrecht auf die Szenarios „Istdaten“ und „Istdaten VJ“ gegeben. Der Benutzer „Hans Meier“ hat keine direkten Berechtigungen auf Szenarios. „Hans Meier“ ist aber Mitglied der Rolle „Vertrieb“ und hat somit Lesezugriff auf die Szenarios „Budget 2010“, „Istdaten“ und „Istdaten VJ“ und Lese- und Schreibrecht auf das Szenario „Forecast 2010“.
