Framework:Design of the details area
For each dimension a specific layout may be used in the CoPlanner. The definition of the layout is automatically saved under the name of the dimension on the server in the “DimensionSettings” directory with the “*.skin” file extension. If no specific layout is defined, the dimension is displayed with the “default.skin”. In order to be able to design the layout of the dimension, please open the dimension and activate the “Design mode” button in the details area of the dimension.
The following design options for the details area are available:
By default, a dimension is opened with the following layout. This layout is defined in the “default.skin”.
Width of the name
In order to adjust the width of the name of the attributes, please move the mouse over the left edge of the selection field of an attribute. The mouse pointer changes and shows the following icon:

With the left mouse button you can change the width.
The defined width applies to all attributes
Height of an attribute
In order to adjust the height of an attribute, please move the mouse over the horizontal bar at the right end of an attribute. The mouse pointer changes and shows the following icon:

With the left mouse button you can modify the height.
The height of the attributes can be adjusted for each attribute.
Sequence of the attributes
In order to adjust the sequence of the attributes, please move the mouse over the dotted area 
at the right end of the attribute. The mouse pointer changes into a hand icon.
With the left mouse button you can draw the attribute to the desired position.
Spacing between two attributes
In order to adjust the spacing between two attributes, please move the mouse over the dotted area at the right end of the attribute. The mouse pointer changes into a hand icon.
With the left mouse button, simultaneously pressing the shift key, you can change the spacing between the attributes.
For the following commands please use the context menu provided with the name of an attribute. By right-clicking on an attribute, you can open the context menu with the corresponding commands.
Insert new registers
You may distribute the attributes over several pages. For this purpose, please choose the command “New page” from the context menu of the attribute which is to be displayed on a new page.
The CoPlanner adds tabs in the details area. In order to rename a tab, double-click on it. This opens the following dialog box:
If you wish to delete a page, please choose the “New page” command again in the corresponding tab that you wish to delete.
Grouping attributes
You can group one or more attributes. For this purpose, please choose the attribute with which you would like to start a new group. Any subsequent attributes will be grouped into this group.
Please enter the name of the new group into the dialog box.
You will see the following depiction of attributes:
If you wish to delete a group, please choose the command “New group” again at the first attribute in the group.
Define the visibility of an attribute
You may hide an attribute for the display by de-activating the “Visible” command for the corresponding attribute.
In the design mode a hidden attribute is shown with a grey background color.
Modifiying the background color of an attribute
In the details view, each attribute may be displayed with a specific background color. For this purpose, please choose the “Color...” command from the context menu. Following this, the CoPlanner “Color Pcker” dialog box appears.
A double-click on one of the color rectangles opens the “Define colors” dialog box.
Please choose a corresponding color and confirm with “OK”.
Enter an alternative name
You may adjust the caption of any attribute. To do this, please choose the “Caption...” command from the context menu. The following dialog box will appear:
Enter the corresponding caption.
