|Im Bereich „Allgemein“ ist der Name der Vorlage ersichtlich. Die Schaltflächen für Neu, Löschen und Speichern sind hier enthalten. Auch ersichtlich ist der Name des selektierten Bereichs.

Anmerkung: Änderungen einer Formatvorlage müssen nicht gespeichert werden, um diese bei einer Datendefinition anwenden zu können.

|Um eine neue Formatvorlage anlegen zu können, drücken Sie die Schaltfläche [[image:Icon_neuer_Datensatz.jpg‎]]. Vergeben Sie den gewünschten Namen und bestätigen Sie diesen mit der Eingabetaste (Enter). Mit Excape können Sie den Vorgang abbrechen.

Soll nun die neu erstellte Formatvorlage für die Datendefinition verwendet werden, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche [[image:EC_Icon_Anwenden.jpg]], ansonsten [[image:EC_Icon_Abbrechen.jpg]].

The Style Sheet Editor allows you to create style sheets. You can save your style sheets to reuse again later.

A data definition is divided into sections that can be formatted independently of one another.

The data is divided into the following elements (the selected area is shown with a border and can be seen in the “Region” dropdown list):

Vertical axis

The options that are available for use in the options pane on the left side of the window will vary depending on the types of formatting that are possible in your selection.

The “General” group shows the name of the style sheet and also contains the Save, Save as, and Delete buttons. The second dropdown list shows the name of the selected region

Note: It is not necessary to save changes to a style sheet in order to apply the changes to a data definition.

To create a new style sheet, click the Save As button. Name your style sheet and click “OK” to confirm the name. To cancel the operation, press the Escape key.

To delete a style sheet, select the style sheet and click the Delete button .
