Data Record Masks are masks that display table entries in line form. You can find such masks in the Model tab of the Planning Parameters group.
Elements and Functions
When you open the Data Record Mask, it will have the following appearance:
Ribbon
The symbols in the Ribbon have the following functions:

Choosing columns
Click on the “Choose column” symbol
to open the “Choose column” menu.
Creating a new data record
To create a new data record, left-click on the symbol “Create new record”. A new data record appear in the Work Area ready for editing:
If the data record mask contains filters, these will be automatically added to the data record you are editing. Use “Choose columns” to display additional required fields and record your parameters in the data entry fields of the data record mask or the detail record mask.
In the case of dimension lookup fields and planning parameter fields, you can simply select the desired element to change the settings applied by the filters. To do so, select the corresponding field in the new data record. The Lookup symbol
will appear in the Dimension column. Left-click on the Lookup symbol to display the dimension selector (or, in the case of planning parameter fields, the planning parameter selector).
