If the data record mask contains filters, these will be automatically added to the data record you are editing. Use “Choose columns” to display additional required fields and record your parameters in the data entry fields of the data record mask or the detail record mask. In the case of dimension lookup fields and planning parameter fields, you can simply select the desired element to change the settings applied by the filters. To do so, select the corresponding field in the new data record. The Lookup symbol will appear in the Dimension column. Left-click on the Lookup symbol to display the dimension selector (or, in the case of planning parameter fields, the planning parameter selector).
