Ein Bericht wurde im Analyzer definiert und gestylt. Nun soll dieser nach Excel Übertragen werden. Hierfür drücken Sie die Schaltfläche [[image:EC Einfuegen.jpg]] des Analyzers.
A report has been defined and formatted in the Analyzer. Now you want to transfer the report into Excel. Click the “Insert” button in the Analyzer.  


Eingefügt wird der Bericht beginnend bei der aktiven Zelle des aktiven Arbeitsblattes.  
The report will be inserted starting in the active cell of the active worksheet.  


In dem Beispiel war beim Aufruf des CoPlanner Analyzers die Zelle A1 selektiert. Die Datendefinition wurde erstellt und ein Style mit Farbverlauf verwendet.
In the example, cell A1 was selected when the CoPlanner Analyzer was started. The data definition was created and a style with a colour gradient was applied.

Änderungen des Designs im Bezug auf Änderung der Hintergrundfarbe, Änderung der Schriftart, usw. durch Microsoft Excel werden bei jeder Aktualisierung der Arbeitsmappe (F9) verworfen, da hier die Einstellungen der Formatvorlage übernommen werden.  
Changes to the design (i.e. different background colour, different font, etc.) in Microsoft Excel are undone every time you refresh the workbook (F9). Refreshing the workbook causes the settings defined in the template to be applied.  


Möchten Sie Änderungen im Bezug darauf vornehmen, so müssen Sie diese mit Hilfe des Formatvorlagen Designers des CoPlanner Excel Clients vornehmen.

Natürlich muss es möglich sein, Achsendimensionen zu öffnen und zu schließen. Dies wurde über einen Doppelklick auf das entsprechende Element realisiert. Möchte man nun in unserem Beispiel alle Rennräder sehen, so muss lediglich auf die Zelle ein Doppelklick gesetzt werden. Möchte man die Unterknoten wieder entfernen, erneut einen Doppelklick auf Rennräder setzten, die Unterknoten werden wieder ausgeblendet.

A report has been defined and formatted in the Analyzer. Now you want to transfer the report into Excel. Click the “Insert” button in the Analyzer.

The report will be inserted starting in the active cell of the active worksheet.

In the example, cell A1 was selected when the CoPlanner Analyzer was started. The data definition was created and a style with a colour gradient was applied.

  2. Convert to formulas: The inserted report will not contain formulas except those in the filter area (ElemSelect). Selecting this menu item and confirming the message that appears in the following dialogue box causes data cells and axis cells to be filled with formulas containing relative and absolute references.
  3. Show detail rows: This launches an assistant for creating a detailed data view in a separate table.
  4. Cell: This menu item contains two commands: “Fix value over ‘...’”. Whenever you want to fix values, the axis and line dimensions of the table will be available.
