== Login Dialog ==

To establish a connection to the server you have to [[PowerPoint_Add-in:Overview#Login|login]] on the server.
The login is performed using the login dialog.

After you have entered all required settings establish a connection to the server by using 'Login'. If the connection to the CoPlanner server was established successfully all menu items are available and the ''Login'' button will change to ''[[PowerPoint_Add-in:Overview#Logout|Disconnect]]''.

Is the login dialog not shown after selecting Login but the message "Connection to server could not be established" appears you can check these points:
:*CoPlanner Server is not started.<br> 
:*Connection settings are not correct.<br>

The connection settings can be specified in [[PowerPoint_Add-in:Connection|connection]]

=== After clicking on Login no action is performed ===

Native mode is not activated.

Option in which mode the client communicates with the server can be edited in [[PowerPoint_Add-in:Connection|connection]]. Set the mode to ''Native''.
